Contact us
Every way to reach Yard Snail — help center, AI assistant, ticket form and email — and who to contact for what.
Updated October 3, 2026
There are four ways to reach us. None of them cost anything, and a person reads every message that arrives as a ticket or an email. We do not publish a response time because we would rather answer properly than promise a number we might miss.
Which one to use
- Search the help center
- Start here for anything 'how do I'. The answers are written by the people who build the app, with exact button and page names.
- Ask the help assistant
- The floating help button answers questions from the help articles only. It can point you to the right article in seconds, and it can't see your account or anyone else's data.
- Send a support ticket
- Use the contact form for anything the articles didn't solve: a bug, a listing that won't post, a problem with your account, a plan question. You get a reference number and can follow the thread in My tickets.
- Email us
- support@yardsnail.com for anything support-related, including accessibility feedback. hello@sthetic.org for privacy and data requests, legal notices, and security reports.
What to include
A report we can act on usually has four things in it. Including them saves a round trip.
- Where it happened — the page or screen you were on. If you can, tap Share on the listing before you write, so you have the link.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead. The gap between the two is the bug.
- What you're using — phone or computer, and which browser or app.
- A screenshot if there is something to see. The contact form takes one attachment.
Something urgent
If something in the app is unsafe right now — a threat, an image posted without consent, someone in immediate danger — say so in the first line of your message so it is picked out. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first; we are not an emergency service.
Other things people write to us about
- Copyright — the DMCA policy page carries the designated agent's details and the two statutory forms.
- Reporting a listing, comment or message — use the Report button on the content itself; it arrives with the right context attached.
- Appealing a moderation decision — see Reporting a problem.
- Security vulnerabilities — see Reporting a security issue.
- Press, partnerships and anything else — the same address reaches a person.
Still stuck?
The contact form gives you a reference number, and a person reads every message.
