An account is free and takes under a minute. You need to be 18 or older to create one.

- 1Open the app and tap Create account (or Join free).
- 2Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email address and a password.
- 3If you used an email address, check that inbox for a six-digit verification code and enter it on the next screen.
- 4Pick a username when prompted. This is what other people see — it appears on your shop, your reviews and your listings. You can change it later.
Choosing a username
Usernames are 3 to 24 characters and can use letters, numbers and underscores. Pick something you're happy to have on a shop page — it is public. If you'd rather people see a friendlier name, set a display name on your profile and keep the username as the short handle.
If the verification code doesn't arrive
- Wait a minute, then tap Resend for a fresh code.
- Check the spam or promotions folder — verification mail often lands there.
- Make sure the address is spelled correctly and has no space at the end.
Signing in with Google means there is no password for us to store and nothing to reset. You can still add an email and password later if you prefer.
